we have split the logs into 4 areas to make them easier to consume (configuration, frontend, indexing and analytics) if a merchant has an indexing issue then a lot of frontend logging in that file is not helpful each logging area has different log levels errors only , standard and verbose , i e verbose logging can be enabled for indexing while frontend logging remains errors only to make changes to logging settings, download, archive or clear logs navigate to stores > configuration > klevu > developer settings > logging switch to store view scope to zip and download all the logs for that store you can also archive the logs (zip them up and move them to a different location on the server) and clear logs (delete all archived logs)
