We have split the logs into 4 areas to make them easier to consume (configuration, frontend, indexing and analytics). If a merchant has an indexing issue then a lot of frontend logging in that file is not helpful. Each logging area has different log levels Errors only, Standard and Verbose, i.e. verbose logging can be enabled for indexing while frontend logging remains errors only. To make changes to logging settings, download, archive or clear logs navigate to Stores > Configuration > Klevu > Developer Settings > Logging

Switch to store view scope to zip and download all the logs for that store. You can also archive the logs (zip them up and move them to a different location on the server) and clear logs (delete all archived logs).
